HACCP: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Training Curriculum (6th Edition)
This newly revised Seafood HACCP Training Curriculum is the latest edition of the basic seafood HACCP training manual. It accompanies basic Seafood HACCP training courses provided by the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), aligning with the Seafood HACCP Protocol and is essential for obtaining course completion certificates recognized by AFDO. The 6th edition introduces forms and instructions to better elucidate and support the development of hazard analysis and HACCP plans. While addressing the same seafood safety concerns and controls, the new approach enhances usability and comprehension. Additionally, the book incorporates changes to comply with the requirements introduced by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
It is the companion document to the FDA Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guidance (SGR 129)
