This self-directed 4-H project book has been designed to help youth ages 8 - 10 learn the basics of nutrition, including:
- the five basic food groups using MyPyramid,
- proper daily energy needs,
- how much to eat daily, and
- the basic building blocks for food,
while learning to make good food choices, prepare nutritious snacks, and participate in fun physical activities. 40pp.
