Elder Nutrition and Food Safety (ENAFS) is an easy-to-use curriculum
designed to reduce the nutritional and health risks of elders. Each of
the lessons currently available includes background information, lesson
outline, interactive discussion, hands-on activities, references,
evaluation form, consumer handouts, and overhead masters. All consumer
materials are provided in English and Spanish, and some lessons include
Haitian Creole or Vietnamese versions. The lesson plans are organized
into educational modules available on separate CDs.
