NOTE: This edition of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Training Curriculum (SGR 127) is expected to be replaced by a new edition arriving at the IFAS Extension Bookstore in early June. As a service to our customers, the existing supply will be sold at $10/copy, a significant discount off the current $25 cost. Buyers should be assured that the book remains the recognized curriculum that accompanies basic Seafood HACCP training courses offered through the Association of Food and Drug Officials in accordance with the Seafood HACCP Protocol.
